Friends for Life took a bite of the holiday pie recently at Langford Market in the Heights, a pet-friendly emporium where a casual fundraiser included invitations for four-legged guests.
Guys and gals shopped Langford Market's collection of feminine clothing, accessories, gifts and even furniture on this night when 10 percent of each purchase was earmarked for the no-kill shelter.
And then there were those $1 kisses under the mistletoe, offered by Sammy, a Friends for Life adoptable pooch who donned reindeer antlers for the evening.
In the spirit of things were Idalia Pena, Jessie Heston, Sharon Hardman, Meryl Lou Cabio, Christina Campa, Terri David, Richard Hardman, Lindsay Bernal and Mary Burtner.
