Paige and Tilman Fertitta open up their River Oaks mansion for Santa's Elves
Who wouldn't be in a holly, jolly mood after attending M.D. Anderson's Santa's Elves event where the Houston Children's Chorus sang, the house was decorated to the hilt for the holidays and the spirit of giving was generous?
Paige and Tilman Fertitta once again opened their River Oaks home for the annual holiday fete that raised $50,000 for the patient nutrition research program at M.D. Anderson Children's Cancer Hospital. In addition to the Christmas trees and twinkle lights throughout the house, Bob Henschen played holiday tunes on the grand piano in the living room while Don Hermanson, from the Marshall Maxwell Agency, dressed as an elf for his turn at the keyboard outdoors.
Honorary chairs Patsy and Greg Fourticq, Gregory Fourticq Jr., Diane and John Connally and Courtney Hill Fertitta and Jason Fertitta never fail to inspire a lively turnout. The animated crowd of 300 spilled over onto the Fertittas' grand outdoor party area where buffet tables provided sustenance.
Toasting the season and the night were John B. Connally IV, Nellie Connally, Lacey and Matt Goossen, Ashley and Lance Loeffler, Melissa and Conner Cook, Carrie and Ernie Miller and Celeste Byrom.
