The scoop: There’s nothing like a beautiful fall night and the opportunity to support underprivileged kids to draw a crowd of Houston’s bright and beautiful. The Young Houstonians for Houston Children’s Charity did just that at Hotel ZaZa with more than 200 guests attending. The party started indoors with guests capturing the moment in a photo booth and buying raffle tickets, but soon migrated outdoors where a DJ played and guests sipped, chatted and played Cornhole under twinkling lights.
The evening raised more than $5,000 to benefit Houston Children’s Charity efforts and the raffled yielded big prizes such as a staycation at Hotel ZaZa, which includes an overnight stay plus spa treatments and dinner for two at Monarch, a $200 Planet Blue gift card, a $300 Frasier Jewelry gift card.
