Where: Rienzi, the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston house museum in River Oaks.
The 411:Always a lively event, this year's party celebrating 18th century cocktails inspired young professionals in the mix to payfully don pompadour wigs, masks and period hats. While Divisi Strings' contemporary quartet AMP'D performed in the ballroom, guests sampled drinks such as Admiral Halsey’s Exceptional Apple Whiskey Cure, laced with paper-thin apple slices, and Chatham Artillery Punch, garnished with lemon and pomegranate seed.
Who: The cast of characters included Chrissy and Brian Blank in hat and mask, respectively, bewigged in pink and purple Colleen Nash and Alex Landon, Julian Ong in king's crown, Kelly Wheeler and Sabrina Schroeder in period dress, plus Maria and Trevor Sharon, Sabah Ratani, Justin Ploof and Marty and Martha Kaminsky, she in pink wig.
