What:Bayou Peservation Association annual gala, "Dancing Through the Decades."
Where: The River Oaks home of Kristi and John Schiller.
The 411: While the waters of Buffalo Bayou lazily rolled past, the Schiller's backyard rocked with the sounds of DJ Hector, who spun the disks from his perch on the second floor balcony. Debbie and John Daugherty, hilariously costumed, chaired the al fresco evening for which A Fare Extraordinaire provided the casual fare. Porsche of North Houston added road warrior spice to the evening with its new Porsche hybrid parked in the Schiller's driveway.
Who: Leila and Pat Gilbert, Denise and Eric Ruckstuhl, Jen Char and Clark Lord, Reed Morian, Kathy and Tom Lord, Letitia and Robert Rayburn and Lynn and Ty Kelly.
