Nothing like a little David Yurman bling to brighten up lunch at Américas, justask Luvi Wheelock
What better than a load of ice to bring a welcome chill to the August inferno. Just ask the ladies who lunched at Américas on Wednesday when David Yurman partnered with Luvi Wheelock for a midday repast focused on informal modeling of delectible high fashions and yummy bling.
The dresses and gowns by Jason Wu, Vera Wang, Viktor & Rolf, Yigal Azrouel, Prabal Gurung and Bibhu Mohapatra were embellished with the couture jewelry from Yurman's fall collection including enticing items such as the chiclet collection, the dazzling woven cable cuff in gold with pavé diamonds, cable wrap rings with gemstones and those enticing diamond-encrusted watches.
Is Christmas really a full four months away? That Yurman couture collection is sure to be on more than few wish lists.
The fashions were from Luvi's Atrium, the high-style boutique attached to her Casa de Novia Bridal Couture salon. Representing David Yurman were Galleria store director manager Lauren Granello and regional director Chris Kimbrough.
Swooning over the fashions and the bling were lunching ladies including Martha Adger, Greggory Burk, Laura Robertson, Ellen Ohmstead, Joyce Echols, Celina Stabell, Allie Fields, Lucinda Loya and jewelry designer Kathy Bracewell.
