Patriotic young professionals celebrate Fourth of July early with Independence Day Bash

The 411: With the Fourth of July imminent, Saint Arnold Brewery was decorated from top to bottom in red, white and blue decorations for a patriotic fundraising event to support the Houston Area Women’s Center’s mission of supporting individuals affected by domestic and sexual violence. More than 100 young professionals gathered at the brewery dressed in Fourth of July colors to enjoy Saint Arnold beverages and a complimentary pint glass. Those who felt like being a kid again for the night enjoyed apple pie and root beer floats complimentary of Fat Cat Creamery. Live music from DJ Danny B had partygoers bopping to the latest beats. The organization's largest-ever silent auction with 38 fabulous gift items also kept the energy level high.
The Independence Day bash raised a record-breaking amount of $9,700 for the Women's Center.
