What: West Ave's inaugural Destination Design evening.
Where: The West Ave at River Oaks development at Kirby and Westheimer.
The 411: Interior design and decor was focus of the evening that saw more than 200 design aficionados pour through the home style boutiques. The party started in FLOR, where guests checked out the unique floor coverings, and then moved on through Ligne Roset, Ann Sacks, Rodrigue: Houston, Jonathan Adler, Stash Co and Poliform.
Entertainment notes were provided by DJ Senega, who rocked tunes from the bridge above the main thoroughfare, and by Neal Hamil Agency models, wearing fashions from Tootsies and Q Clothier/Rye 51, who were stationed throughout the shops.
Joining the party were reps from Revolution Studio, a new spin and yoga spot, providing a champagne bar. The entire development joined the party with pop-up beauty shops provided by Azur West and Vanity Lounge by Zarco and with light bites from Eddie V’s Prime Seafood, Del Frisco’s Grille and CRÚ Food & Wine Bar.
