Hottie guests, a rock legend, fiery food and sizzling chefs scorch the CityCentre party scene

The 411: Straits chef John Sikhattana hosted the benefit for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society that featured not only spicy fare from competing chefs but also a handful of hottie guests including ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons, KHOU Channel 11 news anchor Lily Jang and LLS Man of the Year candidate Sam Governale, Fleming's operating partner.
Top tier food trucks and up-and-coming restaurants participated in the curry cook-off. Golden Grille food truck chef Matthew Pak took first place with his Curry Carnitas Grilled Cheese comprised of curry braised pork shoulder, smoked gouda, homemade pickles and apple jam. The people's choice award went to celebrity chef Susie Jimenez of Trenza with her Lamb Vindaloo Tostada with fennel cabbage slaw and chard tomatillo sauce.
