Shelby's Social Diary
Cute young things, hot young professionals mix it up for the American Heart Association
The slick new Audis at the Momentum dealership gleamed as the twentysomethings and thirtysomethings schmoozed on behalf of the American Heart Association during the fourth annual "Young at Heart" mixer.
The message beneath the high-octane socializing was to encourage the young professionals to build healthier lives free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. Think prevention. There was a fundraising element as well with the theme, "Eat, drink and be giving."
Chairs Lauren Baughman, Ali Gray and Elizabeth Suffield did the magic that made this party a rollicking success. Models from Neal Hamil strolled between the hot wheels and the party throng in a show of spring fashions by Cakewalk Style. Taste treats from Sorrel Urban Bistro and libations from Finders Keepers, Bud Light/Silver Eagle Distributors and Deep Eddy Vodka fueled the lively socializing.
Joining the AHA health movement were Alex Weaver, Matt Worsham, Annie Kerr, Keith Kerr, Julia Wood, Jared Lang, Lauren Caldwell, Schuyler Evans, Scott Wakeman, Jacqueline Uram, Edward Sanchez, Marybeth Neubauer, Paul Saputo and Casey Wallace.
