Young professionals have a stomping good time at Yellowstone Academy benefit
What: The Young Friends of Yellowstone fifth annual "Stomping of the Divots" fundraiser.
Where:Houston Polo Club.
The 411: Courtney and Drew Prochaska chaired the afternoon fundraiser that was as much a family affair as young professional event as there were loads of kiddos romping across the polo club lawns. In addition to the polo play between the winning team Eureka and Rocking P/Lockton, guests were entertained with a raffle and auction and music by Shannon and Will Stucky. Supporters kept their energy levels high with goodies from Berry Hill Catering and Bonjour Creperie as well as with the ice cream carts.
Yellowstone Board Chairman Frank Tsuru spoke briefly as did the chairs. Courtney is a former Yellowstone Academy staff member and spoke on the "shepherd" mentoring program for Yellowstone students.
Who: Assisting in the divot stomp were guests including Crossley Mears, Stephanie Holstead, Jennifer and Jeff Beitler, Morgan Taylor, Jennifer and Ellis Welker, Michelle and Weldon Johnston, Morgan Relyea and Walker Colt, Caitlin Hodges, Lauren Johnson, Stephanie and Bronson Beauchamp, Lauren Sneed, Emily and Matt Price and Jarrett Cohen.
