What:Seven Acres Jewish Senior Care Services "There's No Place Like Home" gala.
Where: The Westin Galleria Hotel.
The 411: Members of the Youth Council Men and Leading Ladies student service groups dressed as characters from the Wizard of Oz for the evening that drew 800 supporters who contributed a whopping $1 million. The success was due in no small part to the illustrious honorees receiving the Spirit of Life Award and their presenters.

Keeping it all in the family, Joyce Schechter presented the award to Diana Brackman. And Connie Weil was presented his award by former Seven Acres board president Larry Buck.
Who: Joining in the Emerald City merriment were Rolaine and Morrie Abramson, Allen Becker, Karen and Buster Freedman, Linda Pham, Laina Miller, Suzy and Brian Smock, Denise and Steve Estrin and Naomi and Mike Levy.
