Women of Wardrobe had loads of men turn out for this fundraiser at Jackson'sWatering Hole
Those Women of Wardrobe seem to have a talent for stirring up a crowd of enthusiastic supporters. Consider Saturday afternoon's seventh annual "February Fling" at Jackson's Watering Hole.
The guys and gals poured in for the casual fundraiser that brought in more than $14,000 for Dress for Success, the beneficiary of WOW fundraising and volunteerism.
The young and the hip grazed through a delish spread of sandwich fare and sides compliments of Jason's Deli, A Fare Extraordinaire and Community Bar. And they perused the raffle offerings that ranged from a foodie lover's dream (gift cards from Uchi, Triniti, Katsuya and Underbelly) to an autographed Matt Schaub Texans jersey and to a duo of Mary Nichols clutches.
Kim Campo Hartz chaired the event where she thanked underwriters including Camden Properties, Momentum Audi, OGSYS, Linda and Steve Webster, Terri and David Mendez and Marc D. Moseley.
Partying on the club deck were WOW president Lindsey Brown, Kristy Bradshaw, Allison and Brian Bagley, Maria Vilchez, Carrie Carson, Valerie Dittner, Sara Lloyd, Hasti Taghi, Nick Espinosa, Liz Gorman, Mark and Kendra Thiessen, Rebecca and Moustapha El-Hakam, Trey Wolff and Dress for Success executive director Nancy Levicki.
