Houston charcuterie sensation opens new storefront in the Heights
A Houston business devoted to entertaining has found a new home in the Heights. Graze HTX will open its new location at 3417 White Oak Drive on Tuesday, May 5.
Founded in 2019 by model-turned-entrepreneur Alyssa Case, Graze serves elaborately constructed cheese and charcuterie boards that can feed anywhere from a couple of people to dozens. Case works with Houston Dairymaids to source her cheeses and loads up her boards with meats imported from Italy.
For example, the popular Classic Board offers four cheeses and three kinds of charcuterie for groups of 12-15, while the oversized Texas board feeds up to 25. Graze also offers fruit boards, crudite boards, and a brunch board that includes croissants.
Moving from its former home on E 11th St. to White Oak gives Case room for an expanded inventory of wine, gift baskets, and other hosting essentials. The shop’s inventory includes ceramic trays by Johnny Beavers, locally-grown flowers from Bungalow Blooms, cutting boards by Tegtmeier Woodworks, and Texas pecans by Evie’s Snacks.
“This storefront represents an exciting evolution for Graze,” Case said in a statement. “We’re proud to bring a curated, in-person experience to Houston that makes hosting effortless and inspires connection through food.”
Graze will celebrate its grand opening on Saturday, May 9 with raffles, a pop-up from Her & Reese Charm Bar, and samples. Attendees will get a first look of the new space while enjoying snacks and seeing what the Graze team is capable of providing for their next event.
