Anvil on top (again): But isn't it about time other H-Town spots receive best bars in America love?

Another day, another acclaim for Anvil Bar & Refuge.
Food & Wine magazine made a list of the 50 best bars in America, and Houston's Anvil has a prominent spot — it's the second bar listed, though the entries are unranked.
Yes, Anvil still makes the best "old-school cocktails" in town, and the monthly classes that Food & Wine spotlights are very cool. But while we aren't ashamed to worship at the altar of Bobby Heugel, we're ready for some other Houston bars to get some attention, too. How about some love for the consistently strong and innovative cocktail programs at Down House, Grand Prize and El Gran Malo, just to name a few?
What other Houston bars deserve a spot on a best list? Or is Anvil still in a league of its own?
