Win at Thanksgiving with turkey lessons from Revival Market
Remember how last year when you said you wanted to host Thanksgiving, and everyone kinda groaned, and then said it was because they were really full, but really you know it's because you use your oven as storage space for books and they'd rather let your sister do the cooking?
Yeah. It's time to show those losers who knows their way around a turkey. Which means, um, it's time to learn how to cook a turkey.
Luckily Revival Market has your back. Chef/owner Ryan Pera is hosting two turkey-cooking classes in-store on Nov. 13 and Nov. 20.
According to Revival, Pera will be answering questions like:
- Should the turkey be brined?
- Should we roast it or smoke it?
- How long will it take to cook and at what temperature should it be taken out of the oven?
- And finally, how the heck should it be carved once it hits your well-appointed table?
The hands-on, 90-minute classes will also cover trussing and how to make gravy, so go ahead and tell your family they can just worry about the pie. (Pies are a pain in the ass anyway.)
Tickets are $50 per person and there are only 15 slots per class, so reserve early.
