That's amore: More reason for Houston's James Beard finalist to celebrate

Just in case Bryan Caswell didn't have enough to celebrate this week, with the James Beard nomination and all, here's more praise to toast.
Food & Wine magazine's April issue names the eight best new Italian restaurants in the nation, and Caswell and partner Bill Floyd's Stella Sola made the list.
Caswell's talented chef de cuisine Justin Basye (himself a Beard semi-finalist for rising star chef), was deservedly featured in Food & Wine's photo and description, though there was no mention of his crazy-good charcuterie.
