Enter your apartment using an electronic keyless lock and enjoy the high-end amenities inside: grey oak wood-style floors, stainless steel appliances, Nest thermostats, quartz countertops, a Teal hot water system, and a single-basin undermount sink. There are even USB outlets throughout each unit so you never have to worry about finding a place to charge your phone.
To keep the building eco-friendly, the parking garage has preferred parking for fuel-efficient vehicles and charging stations for electric cars. And if you feel guilty about your dog being cooped up in your apartment, there’s even an outdoor dog park and dog washing station. You can invite guests over to make good use the party room — which features a catering kitchen — and all residents are welcome to the cyber cafe, media lounge, and conference center.
