Dallas Mavericks head coach puts $3 million French-style custom-built home for sale, but he's not leaving town
Dallas Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle is looking forward to more than just a new basketball season: His living situation is about to change.
He’s tasked Jamie Adams with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty with selling his Park Cities home on Greenbrier Drive. Adams is no rookie real estate agent, having represented other notable athletes like Dirk Nowitzki, Daryl Johnston, Nolan Ryan, Sean Marion and DeMarcus Ware.
The two-story, French-style Woldt custom home, listed at $3,134,700, has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half baths. Features sure to wow luxury lookers include three gas fireplaces, Lutron lighting control, surround sound in multiple areas, and white oak wood floors. The gourmet eat-in kitchen has limestone and granite countertops and appliances by Wolf, Sub-Zero and Asko.
Downstairs guest quarters ensure all overnight visitors feel right at home. But the new owners are luckiest of all, as the master suite includes a beautiful bathroom replete with Ann Sacks tile and marble, spa shower with body jets, and air jet spa tub.
“This stunning property is the perfect blend of formal and relaxed living,” Adams says. “It’s a wonderful home for those looking to entertain.”
Speaking of entertaining, the backyard features a large fireplace and outdoor kitchen with a grill big enough to cook a steak for every person that comes calling once you move in.
For those Mavs fans feeling a bit frantic at this announcement, no worries. Carlisle is staying in Dallas, and reps for the coach say that he has simply decided to move downtown.
