Strut the Runway
High-style Houstonians are marking their calendars for these fashion shows
Houston fashionistas were thrilled the new 7,800-square-foot Elizabeth Anthony boutique opened in Uptown Park, and now they have two more reasons to rejoice. A pair of major fall fashion shows are scheduled, offering double the chances for stylish ladies to plan their new wardrobes.
First up is Circle of Red/American Heart Association annual fashion show on October 25. Professional models — and some high-profile guest models — will take to the runway in-store to display new fashions from Elizabeth Anthony design partners Lourdes Chavez and Jeffrey Levinson.
On November 7, Canadian designer Lucian Matis will lend a personal appearance to his runway show at the Passion for Fashion luncheon, benefitting the Houston Community College Design Program. VIPs will celebrate with a kick-off event the night before, while a champagne reception will follow the show itself. Matis will stick around and be available for meet-and-greets in the store on November 8 from 10 am-5 pm.
High-style Houstonian women have been flocking to Elizabeth Anthony for an exceptional selection of designer apparel for social events, career, lifestyle, and glamorous evenings. The venerable boutique features well-known and exclusive American and European designers whose styles range from timeless to the vanguard.
The chic destination also offers designer handbags, fashion accessories, and an expanded gallery of carefully curated and exclusive fine jewelry and designer jewelry.
