Not just Robert Durst intense
Will a topless Kirsten Dunst make All Good Things mainstream? By Hathaway, shehopes
Kirsten Dunst knows sex sells. (Maybe she learned from Anne Hathaway?)
Recently the Spider-man star mentioned her steamy sex scene with Ryan Gosling when promoting All Good Things, the new film based on story Robert Durst, the now Houston resident questioned in the 1982 disappearance of his wife, later suspected in the execution-style murder of a close friend and acquitted of murder in the 2003 killing of a Galveston man after a jury ruled he acted in self defense.
But back to Dunst's sex sell. Dunst told reporters, "What happens is, I come into the shower with Ryan, and for my character, it's a smart ploy."
She continued, "What happened in the shower scene, she comes in and we start making out, and I gesture that I'm going to go down on him. And then I do."
Dunst added: "It's her gesture of coming into the shower and making him feel good, and in doing so, trying to get what she wanted. So I thought it was appropriate."
The ridiculous thing about plugging her nudie scene? Part of it was cut from the film (though apparently, she does still go topless). Oops. Eager viewers will have to wait until the DVD to catch the complete scene. This would’ve been a more appropriate promo for a DVD release than a film premiere.
It seems stripping down in front of a camera crew and costar isn’t the most memorable experience. Dunst said she had forgotten doing the topless scene against Ryan Gosling.
“I forgot I even did it. I don’t even think about it ... We really got to know each other through eight weeks of rehearsal, it was important we felt very comfortable with each other,” she told FoxNews.com.
Really, Kirsten? You just forgot taking off your top and feigning oral sex?
Gosling is no stranger to sex scenes himself — in fact, he will bare it all on screen twice in December, as he has a series of sex scenes with co-star Michelle Williams in their upcoming film, Blue Valentine. Not to be outdone, Dunst revealed that she’ll be in the buff again in upcoming film Melancholia.
