Still no LeBron, still better than Detroit
Don't worry, Cleveland: At least Continental's not abandoning you (yet)

Cleveland finally got some good news — Continental airlines will not be abandoning its smallest United States hub.
After losing their local hero LeBron James to the Miami Heat, and with nothing but Drew Carey and, on a good day, Tracy Chapman to sustain them, Cleveland residents were ecstatic with the news that the merged Continental/United will keep at least 90 percent of its Cleveland flights for two years, with additional commitments spanning five years.
As fictional Cleveland resident Florence Ackerman tells CultureMap (or would, if she existed): "We are so glad to have something to be prideful of besides Drew Carey. He'll always be fat on the inside — who gets injured in the set of The Price is Right?"
So congratulations, Cleveland. And in five years, remember — at least you're not Detroit.
