We don't know about you, but we can't hear about someone deciding to become vegan without thinking of this clip from My Big Fat Greek Wedding, and Bill Clinton is no exception:
It was rumored to be daughter Chelsea's wedding that set the ball rolling for the former president to drop a reported 20 pounds. But whether it's for weight loss or for some moral calling, Clinton has decided to ditch animal products altogether for a leaner lifestyle.
Clinton, who turned 65 Friday, confirmed the change and tells reporters that he made the decision for health reasons due to a history of cardiovascular disease and after enduring a quadruple bypass surgery in 2004.
"It's turning a ship around before it hits the iceberg, but I think we're beginning to turn it around," Clinton told CNN medical correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta about his heart-friendly diet.
Tell us: What do you think about Clinton's diet change? Is it weird to see the former junk food lover go lean and green?
