Workin on my fitness
Now you can work it out on West Gray; DEFINE opens second location
DEFINE: Body&Mind, the exercise studio that's been buzzed about among Houston's fittest females (and a few guys), is opening a second location — this one in River Oaks.
For those unfamiliar — former All-American diver and Houston native Henry Richardson opened the studio, which blends pilates, ballet and yoga in hour-long classes designed to work the muscles to fatigue. (Don't worry, the shaking means you're doing it right).
The original studio, on San Felipe past Chimney Rock, was a trek for those (like me) living in the inner-Loop. The new location, set to open mid-September at 1945 West Gray, will bump the number of studios from one to three, expand the retail space and improve the aesthetics with floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights.
Trust me and try it — it's the bomb diggity.
