Another highly appealing designer collaboration debuts this month at Target: The 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target collection is available at most Houston-area Target stores, as well as online. The collection includes clothing, shoes, bags and accessories for men and women, with nothing above $299.99. Think slouchy gray sweats, sleek trench coats, animal-print skirts, and leather goods.

A/X Armani Exchange

A/X Armani Exchange, the youthful, more affordable spawn of Giorgio Armani, is the label providing a casual, yet sophisticated collection of apparel, accessories, eyewear, watches, jewelry and music for the young, urban and sexy. Stop in and check out the Galleria store’s new renovation.

Blue Elephant

Recently opened in Rice Village, Blue Elephant is an Austin-based upscale boutique and apothecary, specializing in trend setting brands in women's apparel and accessories, as well as hair care, cosmetics, and gifts. It is truly a one-stop-shop, as they carry the Blue Elephant line, Jane Iredale make-up, Bumble and Bumble hair care, Voluspa and Lafco Candles, and a wide assortment of gifts. Look for Marc Jacobs and other high-end lines at the boutique.

Elizabeth Anthony Esther Wolf

Houston fashion staple Elizabeth Anthony Esther Wolf has received a new staple of fall accessories from Claire Vivier, Kara Ross, and Wolford to name a few.

G-Star Raw

Promoting the inherent beauty of denim by creating washes and treatments that bring out distinctive, textured garments, G-Star offers luxury denim collections that feature all-day, every-occasion jackets, shirts, knits, dresses, and skirts. Houstonians can now shop directly in-store at the Galleria’s newest outpost that opened this month.

Lyle Lovett for Hamilton Shirts

Lovett elected to design a ready-to-wear version of his custom Western shirt, featuring his signature details, including a curved yoke with pocket flaps to match, three-button barrel cuffs with horn buttons and a slightly trimmer fit. The Lyle Lovett for Hamilton collection features 22 shirts in all, with fabric and print options ranging from solid poplins to pattered brush twills. As always, the shirts are hand cut, sewn, and available in Hamilton’s factory located in Houston at 5700 Richmond Ave., as well as online at www.hamiltonshirts.com.

Saint Laurent Paris

With creative director Hedi Slimane at the helm of the iconic Paris fashion house, the look and feel of Saint Laurent is more clean and streamlined, and the Houston store’s interior has been updated to match his approach to design.

TopShop at Nordstrom

British fashion favorite TopShop is headed to Houston, as both TopShop and TopMan are headed to Nordstrom Galleria at the end of the month. Look for the label’s trendy, wearable clothing aimed at young, fashion-conscious adults.

Vineyard Vines

Martha’s Vineyard staple Vineyard Vines recently has opened an outpost at Market Street in The Woodlands. Best known for its neckties and pink whale logo, Vineyard Vines was founded in 1998 on Martha’s Vineyard when brothers Shep and Ian Murray cut their ties with corporate America to start making ties that represented “The Good Life.” In addition to signature neckwear, Vineyard Vines offers a variety of clothing and accessories for men, women and children.
