The scoop: Following a round of cocktails and savory bites from silverStone Events, Da Camera artistic and general director Sarah Rothenberg spoke about her original music theater piece, A Proust Sonata: 7 tableaux en musique, that will premiere on February 11 and 12 at Wortham Theater Center. She also talked about Marcel Proust's life and work that served as inspiration for her piece.
The discussion was followed by presentation of Gabriel Faure’s Sonata No. 1 in A Major with Rothenberg on Steinway and Da Camera Young Artist alum Boson Mo (just returned from the invitation-only Tchaikovsky Violin Competition in Moscow) on violin.
