Three men gave the Internet a free photo tour of the Astrodome in an Imgur post that has taken the Internet by storm.
As the post details, the men reportedly broke into the Astrodome in 2012 and took photos throughout the iconic Houston landmark. After three years, the secret was finally revealed in a detailed 25-image post made by anonymous username astrodome713. Although their motives are quite unclear, the trio cautions against copycats and insists that their intentions were not to break the law (which they clearly still did).
“We were NOT in there to vandalize, steal, or damage any property. Just there to see how the ol’ dome was doing,” the post reads.
The photos detail the men's adventure through the Eighth Wonder of The World. There were various photos and captions of the locker rooms, suites and empty offices, showing the excited friends with beers in their hands. The men (who don't believe in buttoning their shirts) even climbed a ladder and found themselves on the roof of the Astrodome, which was described as "amazing and "surreal."

The photo album, which made it onto Reddit, has gone viral with more than 700,000 views and counting.
“After making it in through a gap in the fence, we were stunned to find out that where we snuck in led straight onto the field,” astrodome713 posted on Imgur. “It’s kind of hard to tell, but you can see that all of the lights were on in the main hallways which we though was strange, but definitely helped us explore!”
It is speculated that the three were enjoying the Houston Livestock and Rodeo show, and decided to venture off into the Astrodome shortly after. In the comments, many Reddit users express nostalgia for the Astrodome, inquire about the abandoned building, and praise the three men for their surreal adventure.
"I love how they were just walking around with beers in their hand," one user wrote.
"This is spectacular. I was thinking about how cool it would be to explore the inside just today as I walked by. Thank you for allowing me to see the inside," another chimed in.
