Staged for fun, this Alley Theatre holiday get-together proves a glam night forpatrons
More fun than Santaland Diaries and more uplifting than A Christmas Carol (both currently on stage), the Alley Theatre's holiday bash proved to be a colorful, festive celebration of the season. Contributing to the grand theatricality of the evening was the locale — the spanking new party room and wine cellar in Jana and Scotty Arnoldy's stunning River Oaks home.
The remarkable setting was enhanced by sumptuous decorations, yummy party treats from A Fare Extraordinaire and the host of VIP guests.
Taking time out from their stage work to share in the merry, merry were company members Melissa Pritchett, David Rainey and Charles Krohn.
Heading up the guest list were Alley artistic director Gregory Boyd, board chairman Roger Plank and wife Connie, board president Rob Reedy and wife Susan, 2013 Alley ball chairs Carol and Mike Linn, Alley managing director Dean Gladden and wife Jane, Clayton and Shel Erikson, Kathy and John Orton, Josephine and Phil John and Andrea and Trent Tellepsen.
