Jewelry stunner: Ultra pricey one-of-a-kind diamond bracelet makes the ladies swoon at a hot holiday bash
Activities surrounding the Pin Oak Charity Horse Show, which celebrates its 70th anniversary in March, are already beginning, the most recent being a holiday party at Valobra Jewelry where Franco Valobra unveiled three pieces of magnificent jewelry which are offered in an online auction benefitting the non-profit.
Valobra had Pin Oak board members Susan Pelletier, Linda Graham and Nancy Simonds swooning over the one-of-a-kind bracelet that he created specially for the auction. Valued at $25,000, the piece features amethysts, diamonds and pearls set in rose gold and silver. Bidding is open on the bracelet and two necklaces, each valued at $7,500, at this link.
In keeping with the horse show's charitable component, the evening doubled as a fundraiser for Texas Children's Hospital's Ten for Teens program, which provides gift cards for teen patients on the mend. Since its inception in 1945, Pin Oak has raised more than $6 million for children's charities in Houston.
Joining the Valobra party were Pin Oak board president Lynn Walsh, Hollis Grace, Lynda Transier, Maggie Brown, Mary Kempner Daniel, Kirby McCool, Lindsay Holstead, Courtney Hopson, Tracy McAdoo and Rita Junker Pikar.
