This Southampton bash makes beautiful music — with a surprise Greek twist
With the music of Mozart and Schubert lilting through their thoughts, Da Camera patrons departed Wortham Theater Center for a late-night celebration of the season opening concert.
Following the Twenty-Something: Mozart and Schubert presentation, underwritten by Dr. Robert Card and Karol Kreymer, the couple continued their support by co-hosting the post-concert bash along with Chinhui Allen, Da Camera board president, and Eddie Allen in their Southampton home.
Not your typical party fare, Niko Niko's served pastichio, spanakopita, baklava and other Greek treats.
Front and center at the party was Da Camera artistic and general director Sarah Rothenberg, who performed in the Quartet for Piano and Strings in G Minor, K. 478, and her husband Robert Azencott.
The well-heeled group included Da Camera gala chairs Elaine and Marvy Finger, Annette and John Eldridge, Mimi and Robert Del Grande, Mimi Kilgore, Carolyn and Paul Landen, Patti Melcher, Devika and Mahesh Ramchandani and Nathalie and Charles Roff.
