Easter Seals Young Urban Professionals take over The Strip House bar forCultureMap mixer
Several times a year, Easter Seals pulls out the party hats for its young professionals group (Young Urban Professionals for Easter Seals or YUPES) with a quarterly happy hour and popular crawfish boil. Tuesday night, YUPES joined forces with CultureMap for its monthly Mixer on the Map.
It was a casual crowd that turned out at The Strip House for two hours of networking and schmoozing and sampling happy hour treats, along with signature cocktails. Not to be missed was the "Blonde Vixen," actually a vodka gimlet topped by a tiny lime star, the drink named for Strip House GM Marissa Starling.

Starling mingled through the group touting the happy hour party fare (offered free each day along with $6 drinks and $2 beer) that included potato bites fried in goose fat, New York strip crostini with The Strip House's signature creamed spinach, truffle mac and cheese and cucumber tartar.
Easter Seals development director Kelly Klein represented the non-profit as did board members Meredith and Matt Johnson.
Mixing and mingling were Alex Griffin, Semant Jain, Kim Padgett, Kelsey Jones, Michael Yafi, Julie Agee, Robert Sepeda and Alex Leach.
