Former Saturday Night Live star returns to crack up crowd at cancer gala

The scoop: Former Saturday Night Live star Kevin Nealon brought down the house with his witty humor at the sixth annual Stand-Up for Brain Cancer Gala. A crowd of more than 450 supporters gathered to hear the funnyman speak. More importantly, they attended in support of nonprofit, the Broach Foundation, helping raise more than $525,000 for brain cancer research at The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
Back by popular demand, this year marks the second time Nealon has served as special guest at the event. He was also the headliner in 2012.
