The scoop: Award-wining actor, comedian and author Paul Reiser shared laughs and seriousness as he told the story of his grown son Ezra, who has cerebral palsy. (Reiser is best known for starring in the '90s hit TV comedy, Mad About You, and the classic movie, Diner, and was voted one of one of Comedy Central's “Top 100 Comedians of All Time.")
Spencer Tilman served as emcee of the luncheon that included a discussion between Center resident Allison Rosenberg and her dad Richard Rosenberg.
Gina Bhatia and Mary D'Andrea chaired the event that raised $221,000 for the program that promotes growth and independence for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
