Trading noodles for craft beer: Dragon Bowl shutters to clear way for new "SwagChic" restaurant
Did Jenni's Noodle House just slay its first dragon?
After six years, Heights restaurant Dragon Bowl Asian Bistro closed on Sunday to make room for a new concept from owner Ken Bridge, who also has Pink's Pizza, Lola and Shepherd Park Draught House under his Delicious Concepts umbrella.
Bridge writes on Facebook that the space is already in the process of being remade into Witchcraft Tavern and Provision Co.:
Witchcraft will host a variety of craft and specialized draft and bottled beer along with spectacular wines and premium sakes that will cater to the immediate neighborhoods and beyond.
For lunch, the menu will be focused on artisan, craft made sandwiches featuring our very own house made cheeses and selected entree offerings. Dinner will feature tasty and exciting dishes such as Oxtail with Goat Cheese Polenta, Crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken, Cola Skirt Steak, Lobster Fried Rice and a Watermelon Salad to name a few. We will be suggesting both a beer and wine pairing for every dish."
The Dragon Bowl Facebook page also notes that Witchcraft will have "an exciting blend of Swag Chic with a comfortable relaxed vibe."
