But we both ended our lunch satisfied and impressed — not only by the arsenal of Laffy Taffy-esque jokes recited by the cashier at Monster PBJ, but also by the quality of the ingredients and thoughtful combinations offered by each truck's seemingly simple concept.
The sandwiches were elevated by artisan breads, locally-grown produce and unexpected pairings, and tasted so good that Sarah just had to take Great Day Houston along for a sample last week.
