When Freebirds burritos opened its first Sugar Land store Tuesday, it had quite the welcome party.
The hippie dippy-inspired burrito joint had promised the first 25 guests free burritos for one year, and a host of Freebirds fanatics camped out overnight for the win.
We're happy for the Sugar Landers, but we'll be sticking to our new favorite brunch spot at Shepherd and Norfolk. Can we say $5 breakfast burrito trio and bottomless mimosas, anyone?
