Dine Around Houston
New Market Square hotspot unleashes a special $12 menu — drinks included — for one-night only
On the heels of last week's buzzy event at J.Black's, CultureMap brings its Dine Around Houston series to Fusion Taco on Wednesday for an exclusive pop-up dinner at the gourmet food truck's new brick-and-morter location along Market Square Park.
Known for his clever blend of Asian and Latin American flavors, chef David Grossman has crafted an exclusive prix fixe menu to raise funds for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Houston. Tickets are $12 a person and include drink pairings as well as dessert.
With the school year officially underway, CultureMap has partnered with RAM Trucks to collect classroom supplies. Guests are encouraged to help fill the back of a Dodge pickup — which will be parked in front of the restaurant — with donations of new and gently-used books, puzzles, games and any other back-to-school staples.
Space is limited for Wednesday's event, which runs from 6 to 8 p.m. Click here to make you reservation. Here's a look at the special $12 menu.
