Bravo is casting for the second season of Top Chef: Dessertsand the ninth season of Top Chef and the first stop is Houston.
Chefs and pastry chefs alike should head to Mark's American Cuisine on Feb. 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. And if Feb. 27 conflicts with brunch service, chefs can always make a road trip to Austin for a later open call on March 2 at Olivia.
Bravo describes the ideal Top Chef contestant as "chefs with a passion for food, ingenuity, a thorough knowledge of cooking techniques and trends, and oodles of charisma. We want talented, experienced chefs with that flare and hunger that puts you over the top."
