You may recall that golf phenom Jordan Spieth put his townhome in Uptown Dallas on the market this past spring when he moved into a less bachelor-like home in Bluffview. Perhaps that celebrity tie helped seal the deal finally, because the place has sold.

Sales price was $1,199,000. Debra Robinson of Allie Beth Allman got the listing in September and closed it October 9 for $1,199,999. Back in March, Tia Gannon of Rogers Healy and Associates was marketing it for $1.285 million.
