Celeb stylist behind J-Lo's infamous green dress debuts chic Houston boutique
Andrea Lieberman, the celebrity stylist known worldwide for putting Jennifer Lopez in the now-famous green Versace dress at the 2000 Grammys, has chosen Houston for the newest outpost of her brand A.L.C.
Lieberman founded A.L.C. in 2009 and is the creative director of the womenswear brand with storefronts in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. Opening on January 10, the River Oaks District boutique is A.L.C.'s first foray into the always fashionable Texas market.

Lieberman's fashion inspiration comes from her international travels and experiences with her roster of celebrity clientele, including heavy hitters like Gwen Stefani, Cameron Diaz, and Drew Barrymore.

The brand focuses on beautifully crafted staples that Lieberman feels are missing from most women's wardrobes – think streamlined silhouettes with interesting (but not fussy) details.
Shoppers can expect a luxurious and aesthetic experience at A.L.C.'s newest outpost. The boutique's design is modeled after Lieberman's home and showcases her love of textures and neutrals. Female founders and directors of the Mexican firm Punto Equis, Amaya Ibarreche and Ana Sofia, are the creative geniuses behind the store's architectural design. Lieberman also tapped up-and-coming female designers to create custom furniture for the boutique.
