Key staff members include licensed advanced practice clinicians and aestheticians under the supervision of Clayton Moliver, M.D., F.A.C.S. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and he serves as a clinical professor at the department of surgery, division of plastic surgery, at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Each NuMe Express advanced practice clinician is personally mentored and certified by Dr. Moliver to ensure their services are delivered with the utmost safety and efficacy.
In addition, NuMe Express has its own chief compliance officer, Nancy Finch, APRN, CNS-BC, CASC, CPHQ, an advanced practice nurse with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare and more than 25 years in management and leadership. She ensures that each NuMe Express mobile facility operates in strict accordance with state and federal healthcare guidelines.
