Baby love: Beyoncé talks motherhood and keeps it sexy fierce in new Harper'sBazaar
Anyone who thought a bun in the oven was going to slow Beyoncé down hasn't been paying attention to Houston's hometown diva.
After officially announcing her pregnancy at the MTV Movie Awards and rubbing her belly in the high energy new "Countdown" video, Bey graces the cover of the November issue of Harper's Bazaar with a cutline that fittingly reads "sexy and pregnant."
It's hard to tell from the Terry Richardson shoot (and the behind-the-scenes video) if the magazine staff knew Beyoncé was carrying a plus-one — there's plenty of curve-hugging bodysuits and a focus on her miles-long legs, but virtually no hint of a bump. The styling has a bit of '70s disco glam, with lots of sparkle, big hair and a seriously sexy fringed Ferragamo jacket on the subscriber cover.
Inside Beyoncé opens up about her future as a mother and staying true to herself and her style. "It was important to me that I gave myself time to focus on becoming the woman I want to be... before I became a mother," she says.
Bazaar even got a quote on the mom-to-be from Gwyneth Paltrow, who says that "Beyoncé will be an incredible mother because she is so full of love and she knows who she is."
