Hip-hop legends Wu-Tang Clan coming to Houston on final tour

Hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan will bring their touring days to an end with their final tour, Wu-Tang Forever: The Final Chamber, which will include a stop in Houston at the Toyota Center on June 14.
Starting on June 5 in Baltimore, Maryland, the 27-date tour will travel around the U.S. and Canada through July 18. In addition to Houston, they will perform in Dallas on June 13 and Austin on June 15.
Wu-Tang Clan will be joined by hip-hop duo Run the Jewels on all dates.
The group, comprised of members RZA, GZA, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, U-God, and Masta Killa, officially released six albums between 1993 and 2014.
All six made the top 10 on Billboard's R&B chart, with one — appropriately, Wu-Tang Forever in 1997 — going to No. 1 on the overall Billboard 200.
The Wu Tang Forever: The Final Chamber tour will celebrate the depth and breadth of the iconic group's catalogue. On the tour fans can expect to hear songs that have never been performed live, deep cuts, and, major hits.
The group has most recently been in the news over the saga of their seventh unreleased album, Once Upon a Time in Shaolin, which was sold to Martin Shkreli for a reported $2 million in 2015. Full details of the saga can be found here.
Amazon Music and Wu-Tang Clan are releasing an exclusive new live EP, which will be available exclusively at Amazon Music streaming and physically limited to 1500 vinyl units.
Tickets and VIP packages for the tour will go on sale at 10 am on February 28 via Ticketmaster.com. There will be no pre-sales for this tour. Fans may join the Wu queue online which will open 30 minutes before the on sale.
