Conan O'Brien makes his triumphant return to talk-show TV tonight on TBS — the channel that has long-promised to be "very funny."
Aside from a permanent moratorium on Jay Leno appearances, we hope not too much will change. The new show, called Conan, promises to up the "nuttiness," and Conan told Playboy that "at the end of the day, it's going to be me doing whatever is in my power to entertain people for an hour."
He's already keeping us hooked with a mysterious first guest for tonight's 10 p.m. debut — (maybe) joking that it's between Jack Nicholson, the Sultan of Brunei and Arlene Wagner, curator of Leavenworth, Wash.'s Leavenworth Nutcracker Museum.
People are excited — Conan should take pride in knowing he's officially re-arrived, now that he's the butt of his very own fake (if officially sponsored) Twitter logo.
Coco has competitors in former foe Jay Leno, David Letterman and Jon Stewart's The Daily Show. Are you on team Coco?
