All that jazz
A sexy bob? Keira Knightley loses her hair at Paris Fashion Week

Bobs are such a mom look. Wispy actress Keira Knightley (not a mom), showed off her new do at the Chanel show at Paris Fashion Week.
Knightley stars in the upcoming film The Beautiful and the Damned, directed by John Curran and set for release next year. The movie centers around the lives of Zelda and F. Scott Fitzgerald during the Jazz Age. Looking at photos of Mrs. Fitzgerald, whose hair channels the flapper-bob of the 1920s, you can see where Knightley might have gotten her inspiration.
The duo tones in her tresses add dramatic flair — something she lacked in her school-girl locks from before. A bob cut will certainly age you, but on Knightley the cut not only wisens, but flatters her high cheek bones.
In defense of short hair in general, it’s a smart move for a workaholic like Knightley. Short hair is easy to manage when traveling and in hot weather just a few bobby pins will do the trick.
Also, anytime the actress starts to miss her luxurious locks, hair extensions are conveniently in vogue.
