Baywatch bounces to Rite Aid
From underwear gate to the tax man, Pamela Anderson brings troubles to Dancingwith the Stars
Despite her newfound Dancing With the Stars fame, the original Heidi Montag is still drowning in financial troubles.
Pamela Anderson's outdoor bathtub overlooking the Pacific Ocean couldn't have come cheap, and the once-bombshell blonde seems to be sinking ever further into the (double) D-list.
State of California officials made a point of coming out and announcing that the former Baywatch pinup owes $493,000 in back taxes to the state. About six months ago, contractors who did nearly a million dollars of work on her home filed liens against Anderson for nonpayment. And the debts appear to be changing Anderson's view on what constitutes a worthy public appearance.
Anderson has taken to doing appearances at Sears and Rite-Aid to bolster her flat wallet. She even showed up at a milkshake shop to push her new vegan millkshake. We're not too sympathetic — If Anderson didn't have a propensity for getting so far into poker debt that she had to pay it off with sexual favors, she might not have to lower her high standards.
Guess residuals from that tape she made with Tommy Lee aren't as lucrative as we thought?
Anderson probably wishes that everyone would focus on debating whether the DWTS producers ordered her to wear underwear on the show. If only IRS agents were more easily distracted.
