Hall & Oates put Houston on their list as part of 2020 summer tour
Legendary pop rock duo Daryl Hall and John Oates will come to Houston as part of a North American summer tour with Squeeze and KT Tunstall. They'll play at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion on June 21.
The tour will kick off on May 29 at Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, traveling to 32 cities in just over two months. In addition to the Houston stop, Fort Worth June 17 and Austin on June 19.
Hall & Oates have sold more albums than any other duo in music history, starting with 1972’s Whole Oats and going all the way up to their 2006 Christmas album, Home for Christmas. They've notched six No. 1 singles in their career, including “Rich Girl,” “Kiss on My List,” “Private Eyes,” “I Can’t Go For That (No Can Do),” “Maneater,” and “Out of Touch,” in addition to numerous top 10 singles.
Among other honors, the duo has been inducted into Songwriters Hall of Fame and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
