CanCare will present their 25th Silver Anniversary Cancer Survivors Day Luncheon. Each year, CanCare hosts this inspirational luncheon to celebrate cancer survivors and their caregivers, and remember those who fought courageously.
This year’s keynote speaker will be Houston’s beloved and award-winning KPRC chief meteorologist, Frank Billingsley. In September 2018, Frank announced his prostate cancer diagnosis and his decision to pursue treatment in clinical trials. The treatment has been a success thus far, but he will require more monitoring in the future. Despite his diagnosis, his hopefulness and optimism has never faded.
