Assistance League of Houston's Books & Brunch will feature Frank Billingsley as the Master of Ceremonies, with uthors James Olson and Nina Hendee featured. There will be silent auctions, a wine pull, and raffle tickets for items.

The fundraiser will support Operation School Bell® with school uniforms and backpacks given to Pre-K and elementary school students in the Houston area; Celebration of Giving provides gift cards for food, clothing and gifts to Texas Children’s Hospital patients and their families; their Scholarship Program provides financial support to students with financial needs or with learning disabilities based on their scholastic achievements; and Assistance League Reads, where member volunteers introduce children to literacy by reading to them and donating books to them and their class.
