Arms Wide Adoption Services will present their annual Fulfilling Families Luncheon, which aims to transform the lives of children in foster care who are in need of safe and nurturing permanent families. The event will be co-chaired by Jill George Bomar and Alison Powell, and hosted by Frank Billingsley.

April Dinwoodie will be the Keynote Speaker. Dinwoodie is an accomplished corporate marketing and branding professional turned nationally-recognized voice on adoption, foster care, and multiracial/multicultural families. From creating a mentoring program for youth in foster care to becoming the CEO of the Donaldson Adoption Institute, Dinwoodei is fiercely dedicated leader helping individuals, systems, and corporations as they address the urgent and age-old questions of identity, values, and differences of race, culture, and class. Dinwoodie has created and hosts several podcasts including Born in June, Raised in April: What Adoption Can Teach the World! which helps to educate and inspire conversation about adoption, identity, and family diversity.
